Yes, I believe this. I’ve heared something similar to it, although I’m pretty sure I can’t recall it right (bad memory). But it was something about a staircase and something about two guys and one got pushed down the stairs by something and died (???). Not sure.

But yeah, I believe it. ^^ Not sure about the painting thing, though.

Personally, I think your story is a bunch of crap. And the fact that other people buy into it amazes me. I’ve been on that tour, it’s called the Glensheen mansion. Yes, the maid was murdered on the staircase; but that wasn’t planned. She just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. The old lady was smothered in her bed by her own pillow. They were trying to make it look like she died of old age, but the maid found them so they murdered her. When you are on the tour, they are very particular about letting people wander. There are only certain areas you can wander on your own, and they are outside. They do not let people wander in the mansion for fear of theft and destruction. Cute story though.
