Hmmm. not sure. The colours of the light suggest double developed film, or light reflecting from something else…but what reflects exactly that shape…not sure

You said that the mist wasnt in the negative, meaning that the who ghost figure could of been an incident with developing. Which can happen. If there is no negative of a certain ghostly image more often than not its just a mistake by the person who developed it.
