  • I’m not sure whether most of you will think this is a joke or what but this type of ghost really existed many years ago as explained by my Malay friends. I personally feel it worth to be attacked by this ghost if what they said is correct :D. How about you if you meet Hantu Tetek?

Hantu Tetek – The Malays call it Hantu Tetek which means ‘Breast Ghost’ when translated to English. This ghost is a female ghost and has a huge breasts. She uses her breasts to attack its victim and make full use of her huge breasts to suffocate them to death. Some says, the Hantu Tetek’s breasts is at the back instead of the front. There are many different version of how this ghost came about. Some people says she is actually a Balinese witch.

The following are even more Scarier :

    8. I never heared of Hantu Tetek using her huge breasts to suffocate people to death. That I know off, it was claimed that this ghost would hide children under/wrapped in her breast so that the child cannot be seen by people looking for it, even if they walk right infront of the child. It was claimed that the child can see the person who is looking for him/her but cannot communicate. Usually used to frighten children as not to continue playing at sun set.

On the other side, many ancient tribes and so on had their own ghosts and demons, so I guess they were afraid of something like that to happen to them so they invented it, like the mermaid, the persons who went to the sea ?invented? the mermaid and many more sea monsters because they were afraid to be attacked, in the mermaid case, attracted to the rocks by their singing voices…

    52. hantu tetek or breast ghost looked like a normal person..she don’t have big breast like u all imagine, she liked to stay at banana tree..
i remembered that she only “berkemban”..i’ve saw it once when i was child and almost to be her victim..i wanted to go to mosque for solat maghrib at my village, but i was late..so i decided to take a short cut to mosque which mean i must walk thru banana garden. after few minute in banana garden, i saw a woman “berkemban” and she said she need help.i refused to go because i remembered what my mother have told me, “if u see a woman “berkemban” in the sun set, just ignore and quickly run” when i about to ran, she screamed so loud with really scary expression on her face. i so scared and i cant move even inch. i so lucky when the banana garden owner which also a “ustaz” came to settle this down. after a few minute, she dissappear and i got scolded by “ustaz” because walk alone in this place in the sun set..

      *sorry, my english poor…

    62. Lorh, I don’t know whether this Hantu Tetek exist or not but all the old folks in my village keep telling us about this Hantu Tetek when were small. They said that this Hantu Tetek will come to kidnap a child when Maghrib’s (dusk) time and hide the child under it’s breast. The Hantu Tetek will hide the child for a night and if the parents still cannot find the child, the Hantu Tetek will throw the child into a limbo world and the child will never ever come back to the real world and the parents will never see their child again.Don’t know la whether the ghost looks scary or not but this story surely scared us to play when Maghrib came. This story is only being told to make the children behave and more obedient to their parents’ words

    100. Of Hantus n Teteks!

Frankly, I have never encountered such an entity as โ€œhantu tetekโ€ โ€“ but I do believe in the supernatural, the paranormal, the unknown, the unexplored and the unexplained.

Cosโ€™ I had encountered the Thai version of the Pontianak known as the Maenak a long time ago.

I was driving home to my small modern farm in the north of Thailand, and along the way, I had spotted an entity walking along the side of the road in the dark, at night.

There are no street lights or the like, and sure as hell, there she was, walking slowly with her back towards me, and only turning her head to glance at me when my vehicle passed her by slowly.

I know the area well, and who the hell would walk in the middle of the night (especially the feline species โ€“ what are we talking about? โ€“ I mean is it normal for a woman to walk alone at night wearing white, with very long hair, and no make-up effects necessary!?) โ€“ in the extreme dark, when visibility is so poor on such isolated and long dirt roads, one canโ€™t help but only drive very slowly?

I mean is this woman out in the middle of the night for some fresh air โ€“ or willing, wanting and waiting to get fresh with someone or lots of someone(s) in the flesh?

It is simple logic and common sense, and no male prejudice is involved, rest assured โ€“ as the issue here is really clear and obvious โ€“ do ghosts, spirits and demons really exist?

      I believe they do!

Cosโ€™ G_D exist โ€“ and so does Satan.

      Do read my post below:

As a Mat Salleh who used to live in wretched Singapore – and like my late-aba, I was skeptical about such Pontianak stories, until my late-aba told me this one:

He used to know a Bomoh, who has a beautiful Malay wife, and she has a nail embedded on the top of her head, and he had even shown this to my late-aba.

My late-aba had bought a piece of land at Bukit Timah seven-and-a-half-kilometres in the 1950s, and had built a wooden house and a barn on it, and had planted many fruit trees, including banana trees, and he had also laid some vegetable lots and chicken pens.

On many nights, my late-aba had heard the laughter, cries and shrieks of a Pontianak, that dwell in the forested areas of Bukit Timah, and this Pontianak was attracted to the banana trees that he had planted, and had visited this area near his wooden house, and after he had encountered “IT” on several occasions, my late-aba had engaged this same Bomoh to “cleanse” his residential property in Singapore.

During the rituals conducted by this Bomoh, the Pontianak had laughed and cried out these words, which had always haunted my late-aba when he was alive – Bomoh, Bomoh, Saya tak takut lah! – that was repeated several times until the Bomoh used his “barang-barang” to fight this Pontianak.

My late-aba had continued to encounter this Pontianak after this “successful ritual” – but this time, whenever my late-aba encountered “IT” – this Pontianak will cry and murmur these words in fear – “Encik, Encik, – Tolong, Tolong, Saya takut lah!”

The Bomoh had given my late-aba several weapons as a precaution after the ritual, just in case “IT” appears again – and these are a kris, a long nail that has an amulet on it, and blessed salt, dried chilli and dried black pepper seeds (that are replenished from time to time by the Bomoh) that are used to sprinkle around our residential property at Bukit Timah.

And one more thing, I had also encountered a Thai version of the Pontianak known as a “Maenak” a long time ago – when I had also built a small modern farm in a rural area in northern Thailand.

So what really are these – Pontianaks, Maenaks, Tianaks, Kuntilanaks!?
Are they spirits, ghosts or demons!?
