    This video was captured by a couple when they are viewing the apartment together with the broker. They took the video for playback later before making any decision to rent the apartment. A ghost was captured looking at them from the wardrobe. At the end, they did not rent the unit after witnessing the ghost from the video they have recorded.

      is video is obviously pre-arranged (staged) as the people’s conversation is quite unnatural. Indeed, in the case of this type of room of a typical Japanese apartment, there is enough space for a person to lay down himself in the overhead compartment of the closet.

      you probably dont know this, but in Japan these places are called “iwakutsuki bukken”. This means that these particular property have phenomenal occurrence. Those property are usually really cheap to rent or own. I’ve also seen on real estate websites with picture of those cheap places and in one of them, there was a face of a girl… They deleted those pictures after couple days or so. This footage could be fake, but from what I have experience, some things can look too fake to be real, when they are actually real. Im a Japanese btw

    3. A walk through is really important. This way you get the real feel of the apartment or any other living space that you want. Do not take them for granted before buying or renting any property.
