It’s a kitten with an uncommon deformation known as “cyclops.” Its skull did not form correctly, as you can tell in the images. They rarely live more than a few hours, as animals with the “cyclops” disorder (there have been kittens, puppies, and human babies with the disorder) are blind and deaf, on top of having no functioning nose or mouth- and typically their organs are severely deformed as well.

This is no monster by any means, but a very sad and extremely unfortunate deformity.
