Ghost Captured at HK Central

This video was captured by a government’s CCTV installed in Central Hongkong at 2am. The image shown a woman spirit walking passed a boutique and just stand there looking at something. This video was sent to TV news station and interview was done with the people staying or wandering around that area. Some of them said they have seen such spirit before and dare not go out at night since then.
