Werewolf Captured in Brazil

This video was captured by the CCTV. The guy moving around in the footage was reported to be werewolf. This was first spotted by a local man known only as Pingo. He claims that the werewolf like creature was trying to attack him but he managed to escape. Many residents there had a same encounters and police reports were made. The government has declared curfew.
