Ghost being capture by Police

The picture below was taken by traffic polices in 1998 when they were on duty at midnight near Tung-Mon’s Highway, Hongkong. The radar sensed the car over the speed limit and the camera snapped this photo. The polices claimed there were no people standing in front of the camera while they are on duty.
In the photo, there is a lady standing at the right corner. The Inspected claimed that the lady in the photo may be the victim in the last accident. Many Hong Kong people believe it and this picture has even published in major newspaper.

My great, great, great grandpa saw a ghost in 1956 and he said to my grandma that the ghost was at a cemetary and that he called out to her and then the ghost turned around and looked and him and her eyes were so bright, and he got it all on tape but then somebody went into his own home and stole it off of him and he never saw it again. My grandpa died because he got prosessed by a ghost on the football field. My grandma said the he went right back and broke his back or something, and died instently. We are not to sure if the ghost that he saw stole the tape, than killed him. My grandma is dead aswell I think she disserpeared in 1996.
