This was a home video taken by a couple during their trip to Ibaraki by train. The cameraman did not notice anything until they view the video later at home and that woman was shocked to see a figure was standing outside the train.

The following are even more Scarier :

    6. Wow, that’s weird. I don’t really see why anyone would want to stand there like that in something that resembles a hospital gown with really bushy hair and yeah, you do see the tracks through her. There is no sure way to prove this isn’t a fake so I guess with these clips you just have to be a little open-minded.

    7. it could be a splice. But given the figure moves along with the scenery outside the train, it’s harder to disprove. I thought it was a little kid myself until I see the tracks through her. Either a doctored film or someone playing a trick on the people on the train.

    9. Come on. its someone standing on a PLATFORM as the train goes by. You can see the concrete of the platform come into frame a few seconds before the person standing on it (your “ghost”) is passed by. No mystery here.
